I have not received any Plesk license key after making the payment.

While we have the automation built into part of our service provisioning process, there may be time that you don't get your Plesk license instantly upon you have completed the order.

By analyzing our past historical records, there are couple of reasons behind this:

  1. The IP address you have inserted during the order is incorrect format.

    Plesk license activation needs just the numeric IP address example 123.123.123.123. If you have appended any other strings on the IP address (including any space), this will fail the automated provisioning as Plesk licensing server will reject the invalid format.
  2. You have an active license assigned to the same IP address on your order.

    Typically this may happen if you are moving your Plesk license from Plesk retail or any other Plesk partner to us before your actual license expiry with them. As your license still remain active with the Plesk license server, it will create an error as part of the API provisioning, we will be binding the IP with the new product key for licensing compliance management. Plesk license server does not allow the same IP to be binded with 2 different license product key.

We have built in alert monitoring for all the situation above to our team if your order fails the provisioning. Once our team pick up your order, we will be reaching out to you to inform you about the steps to be taken.
