To reduce the hassle of making manual payments on each payment renewal cycle, you can setup the automatic renewal for your subscriptions within our portal. The following options are available for you.
You can setup PayPal Automatic Subscription that will allow PayPal to auto send the payment over as your subscription is due.
To do this, login to your account at our portal and navigate to your Unpaid invoice. On the invoice page, make sure PayPal is selected as the Payment Method at your right panel.
Click on the "Setup PayPal Auto Renewal". You will be redirected to PayPal website and you may login to your PayPal account. Follow through the steps to complete the process and you will be redirected back to your account at our portal. Upon the process is completed, you will also receive an email from PayPal to your email that you have setup a recurring subscription at our store.
By default, if you have chosen Credit Card as the payment method, a credit card token will be created with our payment gateway (Stripe) to auto-renew your subscription at each payment cycle due.
Logon to your account at our portal. At the top of the menu, click on Billing > Add Funds.
You may add in the amount of credit you wish to top up on your account and choose the payment method (PayPal or credit card).
With the additional credit added to your account, the system will auto process the renewal of your subscription by deducting the credit from your account.
