There are couple of options available in terms of Free (no support included) and commercial edition available.

You can search for this extensions on your Plesk server and install it directly.

Free Antivirus / Malware for Plesk include the following, with their own limitations

VirusTotal WebSite Check (Compatible for both Windows and Linux environment ) - this extensions will scan all the domains on your server for viruses, worms, trojans and other malware.

- Scan all domains or select individual domains you want to scan.

- View the scan report for each scanned domain.

- Enable email notifications.

- Add a widget with scan notifications to the Plesk Administrator home page.

- Disable domain resolving during scanning.

To activate the scanning:

- Register for free account at VirusTotal website.

- Get your FREE API key.

- Type your FREE API key into the "VirusTotal Public API key" field.
The public API which is the FREE have limitations as outlined at VirusTotal Dev documentation.

Sucuri Website Scanner (Compatible for both Windows and Linux environment ) - The Sucuri Security Scanner remotely detects website security issues, blacklist warnings, and malware visible in the source code. You can set a custom scan time and the alerting mechanism will notify the server administrator if any warnings are detected.

- How does the Sucuri Security Scanner work?
The extensions used the Public API of Sucuri SiteCheck to scan and detect any malicious content on your website.

What is the scanning policy?
You can execute a manual scan through the extensions with the limitation that it will scan up to 3 domains per minute through the Public API.
