How do I upgrade or downgrade my Plesk license

Upgrade or downgrading can be easily completed upon your Plesk license subscription.

This give you the flexibility to move to a higher edition and make some extra savings to your expenses without committing at the start.

Follow this steps to upgrade/downgrade your Plesk license :

  1. Login to your client area portal at https://cplicense.net/portal/clientarea.php
  2. At "Your Active Product Services", click on the Plesk license you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
  3. On your left panel, click on "Upgrade or downgrade".
  4. Choose the Plesk edition you wish to go with and hit the "Choose Product" button.
  5. On the next screen, you will be shown the pro-rate pricing for the upgrade you need to pay on the differences or you will be issued a credit amount (negative) if you are downgrading your Plesk license. This credit will be use by the system to automatically offset your next renewal invoice.
