What counts as an Active Client in WHMCS and what happen if I exceed the client limit?
An Active Client is defined as any client with at least one active product, service, addon or domain. Prior to reaching the account limit, you will receive notification send to your email to proceed for the upgrade. When the limit is hit, you will not be able to accept new customer sign up from your WHMCS checkout.
What are the billing cycle you support for WHMCS license?
For now, only monthly subscription billing cycle is applicable. This is in line for the the on-going changes of the pricing structure on WHMCS license.
Do you offer any free trial for WHMCS license?
