To cancel the license subscription purchased in Plesk Online Store, please follow these steps:
- Open order confirmation email from "Cleverbridge" (or any email from Cleverbridge with an invoice);
- Click ‘Cancel your subscription’ link;
- You will be forwarded to a web page. Please confirm the cancellation.
If several licenses are needed to be canceled, please choose the exact subscription for each license to cancel it. You may confirm the license number and the corresponding subscription using My Plesk (check out how to sign up here).
Once you have completed the Plesk license cancellation with the above steps, head on and choose the right Plesk license for your Plesk server. The license will be issued instantly once you have completed your checkout process.
We would need the license to be terminate first before you start your Plesk license subscription with us due to as part of our automation to issue your Plesk license, your IP address will be used to provision the new license key. At Plesk license server, it will only allow 1 license key to be apply for the same IP address at any point of time.
